Task 1 - Last of Us Genre conventions
Now use your analytical skills to think about conventions of The Last of Us Genre and how micro terms represent meaning for the audience/player. First of all establish the genre of The Last of Us and then start to think how they have conventional elements of the genre within the game. Then analyse how it helps create meaning/purpose for the player.

Task 2 - Genre conventions mind map
You now need to make a Mind Map of all the conventions within The Last of Us. You need to include all of the elements that come into an action adventure survival horror.
Your mind map should have conventions such as weapons, environments, lighting, style, characters, clothing etc.
